Astrid Grove is the founder and organizer for Red Earth Herbal Gathering. She celebrates life with her husband, her two daughters, her two cats and her many chickens. Her passion lies in facilitating and supporting women's empowerment through midwifery, hands on healing, plant medicine and sacred ceremony. She is an author and the founder and director of Feet on the Earth Programs, a non-profit organization in Boulder, Colorado. Her work focuses on creating regenerative culture and community by mentoring children into healthy young adults through deep nature connection and community-based rites of passage. Lorene recently completed a memoir and is currently working on a guide for parents and community members about how to create powerful coming-of-age ceremonies for girls and adulthood initiations for women.

In the mid-nineties, Isa began developing Depth Hypnosis as she entered into clinical practice.
